Our COVID-19 Response

We are monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak closely and making appropriate adjustments to the registration process to best facilitate your participation at the summer school. As such, registration will now open at the start of May and we will only require payments to confirm your place in late-June.

We have taken this decision to enable us and you to follow the situation as it evolves while still giving you enough time to organise your trip to Paris. Please do contact us if you have any queries (

Students (masters, PhD) and post-docs

1 While we hope to offer travel bursaries, we are at this point unable to confirm they will be available. More information will be available after the selection process is complete and before you confirm your attendance by paying so do not hesitate to apply at this point.

The Registration Process

You may apply to simply attend the conference or to attend and submit a poster.

As there are a limited number of places for the summer school it may be necessary to review applications based on your CV and any poster you may have submitted. The selection will be carried out by academics and you will be notified of the result in late-June. At the end of June you will be asked to pay for your ticket on this website, confirming your place at the conference

As we would like to give you the opportunity to present your work and share it with your peers, a small preference will be given to those intending to submit a poster during the selection process.

The Poster Session

During the selection process, applications to submit a poster will be judged on their academic merit and their relevance to the AI for Health community.

If selected, you will have the chance to present your poster to promote your hard work and discuss it with the leading minds in AI for Health of today and tomorrow, including your peers.

Registration opens at the start of May. More speakers to be announced soon.
